Summer at the Academy offers students the great opportunity to work with experienced theatre practitioners, specialising in acting, vocal coaching, choreography, and stage combat to name but a few. These experts are committed and passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience with our students as they create workshops that are simply unmissable!

Previous Summer workshops have included; ‘Acting for Stage’, ‘Musical Theatre-Rogers & Hammerstein’, ‘A Play in a Week’, ‘Themed West End Musical Week’, ‘Stage Combat’ and ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’, to name but a few. Each of which have been a huge success with students, teachers and parents alike.

Week long workshops have a specific focus, set against a background of fun theatre games and exercises, song and movement. Over the weeks, students discover and learn many key components of an actor’s training, meet new friends and develop many valuable life skills to take them well beyond the stage!

Our summer workshops are open to both existing Academy students and non Academy students alike, with workshops for ages 4 through to 17 years, lasting from just one day to one whole week. So there is sure to be a course that is perfect for you next summer!
